    本文立足于“物流是一种服务”的观点,对物流服务进行了界定,并探讨了物流服务的基本特征,对物流服务体系的内涵进行了探讨,包括物流服务体系建立的目的、构建的难度等等。同时重点阐述了如何构建第三方物流服务体系的步骤,从事前的客户需求分析、运作模式建立,事中的KPI关键业绩指标衡量与考核绩效以及事后的回顾与持续改进三个阶段对服务体系进行优化与完善,以创造出适应物流企业自身特点和客户需求的第三方物流服务体系,提高客户的满意度与忠诚度,提升顾客价值,增强企业自身竞争力。文章还以具体实例对如何构建第三方物流服务体系进行了详细的说明与论述。

ABSTRACT

The paper based on the concept that logistics is a kind of service, and has a deep discussion about logistic services based on previous relative research, and analyzes basic   characteristics of logistic services. The author discusses logistic service system from two   aspects: the objectives and the difficulty of building the logistic service system. And also the paper focuses on steps of building a third-party logistics service system. Engaged in before the customer needs analysis, mode of operation to establish a matter of KPI key performance indicators for measuring and assessing the performance and the subsequent review and continuous improvement of services in three phases to optimize and improve the system to adapt to the enterprise to create its own characteristics and customers demand for third-party logistics service system. The purpose of this is to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty, improve customer value and enhance their own competitiveness. The article also to concrete examples of how to build a third-party logistics service system carried out a detailed description and exposition.
