摘要：随着深圳市经济的不断发展，深圳连续多年在国内进出口贸易中位居全国之首。随着货运量的不断增加，使货物运输活动更加频繁，运输需求旺盛，同时，货物运输领域的竞争也更为激烈。货物运输企业为提高效益，增加市场占有率，将提高中长途的货物运输速度，缩短运输时间，降低运输成本作为自身发展的目标。货物运输的工作，要遵循“及时、安全、经济”的原则，做到加速商品物流，降低商品流通费用，提高货运质量，多、快、好、省地完成商品运输任务。物流一体化——完善物流产业结构，使得企业内部物流、企业间物流、第三方物流这三者按照一定的比例分布，实现物流自身一体化、微观物流一体化和宏观物流一体化；组建物流联盟，实现资源的最优化。本文通过分析货物运输的优化方案来减少货物运输的成本和缩短运输的时间。使企业利润达到最大化，为企业、社会创造财富。
