本文通过简单介绍入境旅游的相关概念、内容及衡量标准,中国入境旅游的发展状况.深刻地分析目前中国入境旅游发展过程中的有利因素和不利因素，并针对其存在的主要问题，提出相应的措施，充分发挥有利因素的积极作用，有效地预防或杜绝不利因素的消极影响，使中国的入境旅游得以顺利、正常发展，同时，更有力地推动中国国民经济的发展。he related concept, Content , standards of inbound tourism and the China's inbound tourism development were simply introduced in this paper. profoundly analyses the favorable and unfavorable factors in the developing process of China's inbound tourism, and then presents some measures corresponding to the main exisiting problems, exerts the positive function of the favorable factors and prevents or eliminates the negative affect of the unfavorable factors, to make the inbound tourism ese smoothly and normally, meanwhile, impulse the national economy of China effectively.
