xx玩具公司人才流失的原因和应对策略研究
摘 要
人力资源是企业发展的 “第一要素”。拥有高素质和足够的人才，是企业生存和发展的基本要求，在市场经济快速发展的新形势下，威胁企业生存及发展之根本原因，莫过于人才的流失。
本文分为四大部分内容，通过对华盛玩具集团公司（下称WSG玩具公司）及周边区域一些劳动密集型“三资”制造企业的调查对比。分析了WSG玩具公司的人才流失情况，运用了人力资源管理的理论工具和SWOT分析，进行了员工薪酬水平调查，分析了不同企业的工资结构特点，也采用了员工满意度调查﹑员工离职面谈等分析方法,取得了导致WSG玩具公司人才流失的真正原因。根据调查所掌握的人才流失真实原因，总结出了一些预防人才流失的对策。以此作为WSG玩具公司及劳动密集型制造企业在怎样留住人才，如何用好人才方面当作借鉴之作用。
借鉴本文的研究结果，为确保同类型的企业在经济快速发展的新形式下，能够在人才争取夺战中立于不败之地。

Abstract
The development of human resources is the "first elements."
