摘 要

人力资源是企业发展的 “第一要素”。拥有高素质和足够的人才,是企业生存和发展的基本要求,在市场经济快速发展的新形势下,威胁企业生存及发展之根本原因,莫过于人才的流失。
本文分为四大部分内容,通过对华盛玩具集团公司(下称WSG玩具公司)及周边区域一些劳动密集型“三资”制造企业的调查对比。分析了WSG玩具公司的人才流失情况,运用了人力资源管理的理论工具和SWOT分析,进行了员工薪酬水平调查,分析了不同企业的工资结构特点,也采用了员工满意度调查﹑员工离职面谈等分析方法,取得了导致WSG玩具公司人才流失的真正原因。根据调查所掌握的人才流失真实原因,总结出了一些预防人才流失的对策。以此作为WSG玩具公司及劳动密集型制造企业在怎样留住人才,如何用好人才方面当作借鉴之作用。
借鉴本文的研究结果,为确保同类型的企业在经济快速发展的新形式下,能够在人才争取夺战中立于不败之地。

Abstract

The development of human resources is the "first elements." The high-quality and sufficient supply of manpower is the survival and development of the basic requirements for rapid economic development in the market of the new situation, a threat to business survival and development of the root causes of the brain drain is.
This paper, divided into four parts. According to a survey by the real causes of brain drain, summed up a number of measures to prevent brain drain, WSG Toys Company as a labor-intensive manufacturing companies and how to retain talent, how to make good use of talents as the role of reference.
