摘 要
信息化是当今世界发展的大趋势,是推动经济社会变革的重要力量。大力推进信息化,是覆盖我国现代化建设全局的战略举措,是贯彻落实科学发展观、全面建设小康社会、构建社会主义和谐社会和建设创新型国家的迫切需要和必然选择。
战略管理是企业高层管理人员为了企业长期的生存和发展,在充分分析企业外部环境和内部条件的基础上,确定和选择达到目标的有效战略,并将战略付诸实施和对战略实施的过程进行控制和评价的一个动态管理过程。
本文主要介绍了恒宇超市的信息化战略管理及相关信息化建设措施,描述该企业信息化建设所带来的效益,实现企业管理现代化过程;系统的说明企业在经营中对重要信息的获取、传递、处理、及利用的规划。企业通过建立强大的信息平台,减少滞销商品,加速商品流转,提高实时指挥能力,有效地提高内部管理效率。
本文分为五章。第一章为绪论,阐述本文研究的背景及其意义。第二章分析恒宇超市信息化建设现状存在的问题。第三章运用理论知识结合实际情况完善企业信息化战略管理体系规划。第四章描述信息化项目的实施,详细说明各个信息系统的建设内容。最后为结束语,阐述了本文的研究结论。

Abstract
The Information is the world trend of development is to promote an important force for economic and social change.  Strategic management is the senior management to corporate survival and long-term development of enterprises in the full analysis of the external environment and internal conditions, based on the identification and selection of effective strategies for achieving the objectives and implementation strategies and the implementation of the strategy process control and evaluation of a dynamic management process.

The third chapter, use the theoretical knowledge of the actual situation improved strategic management of enterprise information system planning. Chapter IV describes the implementation of the project information, detailed description of the contents of each information system construction. Finally the concluding remarks, described the research conclusions of this paper.
