利用滑石粉处理阳离子染料废水的研究
摘  要
水是人来赖以生存的三大要素之一,但是随着经济的快速增长,工农业的快速发展,水资源正在急剧消耗。此外,更让人担忧的是随之而来的水体严重污染问题,这直接威胁人类和其他生物的生命健康,破坏整个生态系统的稳定性。
滑石粉作为一种层状硅酸盐矿物,具有良好的化学稳定性,对油脂、颜料、药剂和溶液里的杂质都有极大的吸附能力。本实验研究了滑石粉去除阳离子染料废水的可行性,选用了亚甲基蓝、中性红、结晶紫3种染料来配制模拟阳离子染料废水,研究了各种操作条件对实验的影响:包括滑石粉投加量、温度、搅拌时间、染料浓度等,确定了最佳实验条件。结果表明,在滑石粉投加量为10 g/L时,滑石对3种染料的去除率最高。投加滑石粉后,对染料溶液进行快速搅拌2分钟,转速约300 r/min,慢速搅拌10分钟,转速50 r/min,滑石对3种染料脱色率最高,此时,滑石粉对染料去除效果最好。对亚甲基蓝、中性红、结晶紫三种染料的脱色率分别可以达到99.83%、99.65%和99.44%。由此表明滑石粉是一种优良的处理阳离子染料废水的材料。

Research on Treatment of Cationic Dyes Wastewater by Talcum
 
Abstract
Water is vital factor on which human being depend to exist. Water symbolizes the civilization of humans. With the rapid development of economy, the water resource is consumed rapidly. Furthermore, the problem of water pollution has been becoming more and more serious. It is threat to human and anmimals health and destories the stabilization of the whole ecosystem.
The feasibility of a low-cost, locally available talcum for removal of cationic dyes from water by precipitation was studied. Taclum powder is a kind of layer silicate. It has excellent adsorption to deal with lipin, pigment, medicament or other impurity in water. Three kinds of dyes, i.e. methylene blue(MB), neutral red(NR) and crystal purple(CP) were selected for studying the influence of various operation conditions on precipitation, such as input dosage, temperature, precipitation time, stir time and dye concentration. The best experiment condition was determined. High removal rate of three dyes at 0.2 g/L the talcum was input. After the talcum was input, stir the solution 2minutes with high speed, 10 minutes with low speed, the removal rate of these three dyes was high. Methylene blue, neutral red, crystal violet decolorization rate of three up to 99.83%, 99.65% and 99.44%.The talcum was a good material for treating cationic dyes wastewater.
