摘  要
本设计题目为“A厂小型生活污水处理工艺设计” 。该工程所处理的生活污水设计流量为Q=8000m³/d, 日变化系数K=1.3。设计水质经环保部门监测,污废水主要污染物为COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TP等,其污水水质如下:COD=300mg/L , BOD5=150mg/L,SS=280mg/L,NH3-N=30mg/L,TP=4mg/L, PH=7-8,多年平均温度20℃,处理厂处理水质为:BOD5≦30mg/L,COD≦100mg/L,SS≦30mg/L,NH3-N≦25mg/L,TP≦0.1mg/L,出水水质符合国家的一级排放标准。
由于我国小城镇居住点分散,污水源分布点多量少,城镇级污水厂的规模多低于10000t/d。目前国内大中型城市污水处理厂经常采用的处理技术有传统活性污泥法、A2/O、SBR、氧化沟等,如果以这些技术建设小城镇污水处理厂会造成由于运行费用过高,而无法正常运行的后果。所以必须针对小城镇的特点采用投资省,运行费用低,技术稳定可靠,操作与管理相对简单的工艺。
本设计中,采用A/O法处理该城市污水,在同时脱氮除磷的工艺中,该工艺流程最为简单,总的水力停留时间也少于同类其他工艺。处理构筑物主要有平流沉砂池、A/O池、二沉池等,其主要构筑物A/O池。该系统具有高效、节能的特点,且耐冲击负荷高,出水水质好,能较好的满足排放标准的要求。

Abstract
The topic of this design is "the design sewage treating plant of some city in the northeast area ". This project processes the sewage tank water design whose current capacity is Q=8000m³/d, daily variation coefficient K=1.3. The design water quality monitors after the environmental protection department, the dirty waste water’s main pollutant is COD, BOD5, SS, NH3-N, TP and so on, its sewage water quality as follows: COD = 300mg/L, BOD5 = 150mg/L, SS = 280mg/L, NH3-N = 30mg/L, TP = 4mg/L, PH = 7-8, the multi-yearly average temperature 20℃. The processing factory processing water quality is: BOD5 = 30mg/L, COD = 100mg/L, SS = 30mg/L, NH3-N = 25mg/L, TP = 0.1mg/L. The water leakage water quality conforms to the national one levels to the discharge standard.
As our small towns scattered settlements, water sources over the distribution points less, the scale of urban-level wastewater treatment plant and more than 10,000 t/d. Domestic and medium-sized municipal wastewater treatment plant processing technology often used in traditional activated sludge method, A2 / O, SBR, oxidation ditch, etc.. If small cities and towns of these technologies will result in sewage treatment plant operating costs as too high, the consequences can not function properly. The characteristics of small cities and towns must adopt investment, low operation cost, stable and reliable technology, operation and management of a relatively simple process.
   In this design, I use the A/O law to process this city sewage. While eliminates the nitrogen eliminates in the phosphorus craft, this technical process is simplest, the always water power resident time also is short to the similar other crafts. The processing construction mainly has the advection Precipitation sand pool, the A/O pond, two sinks the pond and so on, its main construction A/O pond. This system has, the energy conservation characteristic highly effective, also bears the impact to shoulder high, water leakage water quality good, can be better satisfied discharges the standard that requested.
