摘要:本设计论文的主要内容描述了年产30万吨二甲醚的工艺路线。本设计简要介绍并比较了当前国内外主要的二甲醚生产工艺方法,本设计采用以FLOTU中试生产技术以生物质生成合成气为原料,在固定床床反应器上合成二甲醚的生产技术,同时副产物产生甲醇。整个报告主要包括Aspen Plus设计,物料与能量衡算,以及用Aspen计算总热量与设备选型,自动控制,流动路线图,管道和仪表图, 设备设计,厂址布局,安全与环境,市场预测和经济分析。根据《化学工业设计标准》,我完成的设计书包含储藏设备,电力系统,公共事业场所,消防,给水和排水系统。

Design of Dimethy1 Ether Production Process of 300,000 t/a
 
Abstract: This thesis represents the design of Dimethy1 Ether process of 300,000 t/a. The Dimethy1 Ether production processes developed in recent years are introduced and compared, the design employed by the pilot test of production technique of dimethyl ether from synthesis gas in a slurry reactor by FLOTU, in which coal-based syngas is used as raw materials, and byproduct methanol is produced at the same time.The whole report that mainly encompassed process designed by Aspen Plus, the material and heat balances, the heat integration by Aspen Pinch, the equipment design and selection, the automatic control of the equipment, the process flow diagram (drawings), the piping and instrument diagram drawings (ndrawings), the facility layout (AutoCAD drawings ), the plant layout (1 AutoCAD drawings ), safety and environmental documentation, marketing, investment and economic analysis. According to the 《Specification On Content and Procedure Preliminary Design File For Chemical Plant》, I complete documents consisting of storage, electricity, utility stations, fire fighting, water supply and drainage.
