深圳社区组织的现状及发展趋势
【摘要】社区是城市的细胞，社区组织是政府对社区间接工作的有效载体，是深圳城市和谐发展的基础，同时也是深圳城市发达程度的重要标志。本文在系统分析了社区组织概念内涵及深圳社区组织在公共服务方面意义的基础上，归纳总结了深圳社区组织管理发展的现状及存在问题，分析了社区组织发展的趋势，提出了发展社区组织要从政府加强重视、提高社区组织的生存能力、强化社会监管等三个方面进行完善的政策建议，以期社区组织的发展能够更上一层楼。

【Abstract】The communities are the cell of Shenzhen city, the community organizations are indirect management which works for government effectively, the community organizations develop harmoniously is the foundation that the development of harmonious Shenzhen city, is also the important marking of flourishing degree in Shenzhen city. This paper on the basis of analyzing the content of community organizations and the uses of community organizations in Shenzhen public services .Summarized the trend of Shenzhen community organizations. Given three aspects of policy for developing community organizations ：the government strengthen more , improving the viability of community organizations, and strengthen the social supervision .With a view to the development of community organizations to be a higher level..
