政府在实现社会公正过程中所应履行的责任探讨
【摘要】 社会公正是一个现代社会的首要价值，成为国内外学术界共同关注的重要课题。实现社会公正是政府的首要职责。本文着重讨论政府在实现社会公正的过程中应当承担的责任和履行的职责。通过分析当代中国在社会转型时期产生的社会不公问题与现象，如：社会弱势群体、收入分配与贫富悬殊、贫困问题、教育不公等一系列问题，明确社会不公与政府之间的关系以及实现和维护社会公正是政府的首要责任，从理论上探讨政府在实现社会公正过程中应当履行的责任。

The study of the Government’s Responsibility during the Process of Achieving Social Justice
【Abstract】Social justice is the most important modern social value which has been the important issue of the domestic and foreign academics concerning in common. Achieving social justice is the government’s primary duty. This paper focuses on the government’s responsibility and duty during the process of achieving social justice. By analyzing contemporary China’s social injustice issues in the period of transformation, such as: social disadvantaged groups, income distribution and wealth disparity, poverty , education injustice series of problems, we know clearly of the relationship between social justice and the government, furthermore we know that achieving and protecting social justice is the chief responsibility for the government.
