【摘要】随着国家不断的前进与发展,国家公务员的执行力在日常的社会运行中显得尤为重要,要提高政府的行政效率,建立一支精干、稳定、优化的政府行政工职人员队伍,就要重视对公务员的培训。如何做好培训工作,全面提高公务员的综合素质?首要的问题就应该是建立与完善现行的公务员培训制度。那么本文就先从中国公务员的培训制度的特点着手分析,中国现存的公务员的培训制度问题在哪里,并借助西方成功的培训经验,进一步完善与改进中国的培训制度。

The Problems and Countermeasures of Civil Servants Training in China
 
【Abstract】With the continuous national progress and advance, the executive power of the state civil servants becomes especially important in daily social activities. To improve the administrative efficiency of the whole government, build up a strong party of superior, stable and optimized civil administrative staffs, great attention should be paid onto the civil service training. However, how to develop and organize the training activity? How to improve the overall quality of the civil servants? First of all, the current civil service training system should be bettered and even perfected. In this essay, the writer is trying to improve and better the training system in China by analyzing features of its current civil service training system and pointing out the problems in such a system as well as using successful training experiences in western countries for references.
