现阶段我国流动儿童教育问题的公共政策分析
【摘要】 近年来，随着经济的发展，流动人口的增多，流动儿童的教育问题日渐受到整个社会的关注，已成为城市发展面临的新课题。要实现经济社会的全面进步，提高国民的整体素质，解决儿童教育问题是重中之重。本文利用以往全国人口普查资料，对当前流动儿童教育的现状、影响流动儿童教育的政策因素以及面临的主要教育问题进行了分析和探讨，并借鉴美国在解决这个问题上取得的一些成功经验,从公共政策的视角为解决流动儿童的教育问题提出了几点建议。

Analysis Of The Floating Children's Education Problem’s Public Policy In China At Present Stage
【Abstract】 Recently, with the increasingly rapid growth of economic, the floating population has become more and more bigger .At the same time, the education of floating children has become a problem we have to face and the issue has been brought into public focus. Significantly, improve the education of floating children is the case improving national economics and people quality. Based on the material of the population investigation, we are going to discuss and to analyze the status of the education of the floating children, the factors that affect the education of the floating children and all the coming problems. And we will combine with the successful experiences of USA, and offer some Constructive suggestions and opinions.
