外来工医疗保障研究——对xx工业区的调查
在城市中承担着最苦、最脏、最累的工作,有力地缓解了城市劳动力资源的不足,促进了城市经济和社会的发展。本文从公共管理学的相关理论视角出发,通过采取问卷调查法,访谈法对深圳市W工业区进行调查，深入了解外来工的医疗保障，客观地反映当前外来工被人忽视的医疗保障问题。本文试图从中找到外来工医疗保障问题的症结所在，再结合实地调研所得的资料与相关文献，从制度上来分析当前的外来工医疗保障存在的问题，并提出可行的解决方案。

――A Survey on Shenzhen W Industrial Zone
【Abstract】A large number of migrant workers’ appearance in cities is an inevitable phenomenon in China's modernization process. Migrant workers always do the hardest、dirtiest and the most tiring work in cities, thus they effectively ease the shortage of cities’ labor resources and promote the development of cities’ economy as well as the society. Seeing from the perspective of some relative public management theories, the author deeply understood the problems of migrant workers’ medical guarantee through the survey on Shenzhen W Industrial Zone by questionnaires and interviews. This essay tries to reflect the neglected migrant workers’ medical guarantee problems objectively and find out the crux. Finally, combining with the survey data and relevant literature, the essay analyzes the current problems of migrant workers' medical guarantee from the institutional perspective and proposes some possible solutions.
