原住民创业的政策因素分析——对X社区的调查
摘要】制订创业政策以激发创业热情，促进创业活动，保持持续、高速的经济增长和竞争优势是深圳发展必然的要求。对于深圳原住民来说，在创业政策的影响下，创业不仅获得了更多的就业机会，也找到了一种摆脱单纯以房租和分红为收入的生存发展新方式。因此，对创业政策影响的研究，既是为了更有效地促进深圳经济增长，也是为了解决原住民发展的民生问题，具有促进深圳经济发展和民生发展的双重意义。
本文研究采用了美国顾客满意度指数理论模型的方法，通过建立“创业政策满意度指数模型”和“因素重要性推导模型”两个数学模型，对深圳X社区的原住民进行创业政策的满意度调查，然后将所得的原始数据输入模型，分析创业政策对原住民创业活动的影响，最后得出结论并提出建议，为政府制订相关创业政策的提供参考。

A Policy Analysis of the Aboriginals’ Entrepreneurship——A Survey Base on Shenzhen X Community
【Abstract】To promote entrepreneurial enthusiasms and activities, maintain a sustained and rapid economic growth and competitive advantage, it’s necessary for Shenzhen to make entrepreneurship policies. For the aboriginals in Shenzhen, entrepreneurship brings more employment opportunities under the influence of entrepreneurial policy, and also provide a new survival and development approach except for singly depending on rents and dividends. Therefore, the pioneering study of public policies’ impact can not only effectively promote Shenzhen's economic growth, but also solve the aboriginals’ livelihood problems.
Adopting the American Customer Satisfaction Index theoretical model, we established the “Entrepreneurship Policy Satisfaction Index Model” and “Importance Factors Derived Model” to survey the aboriginal’ satisfaction degree about the public entrepreneurship policies of Shenzhen X communities. Then we entered the data into the model to analyze the entrepreneurship policies’ impact on the aboriginals’ entrepreneurial activities. Finally the essay comes to a conclusion and proposes some suggestions for recommendation.
