【摘要】深圳是一个移民城市,在800多万的人口中,除了200万为户籍人口外,其余均为非户籍人口。这些外来务工人员(外来工)是深圳不可缺少的人力资源。他们长期在深圳工作和生活,但是并未形成对深圳的认同感。本文从管理心理学的角度出发,以深圳市M外来工子女学校的学生及其家长为研究对象,通过对两代人之间的联动调查,比较他们在身份认同、群体认同和区域认同等方面的异同,得出他们的认同现状。通过深入、具体的分析,从公共政策层面提出提升他们对深圳认同感的政策、法规。

A Comparative Study of Sense of Identity to Shenzhen between Migrant labor and their children
 
【Abstract】Shenzhen is a immigrant city. Besides 2 million registered population in more than 8 million population, others are non-registered population. These migrant labors, who have been living and working in Shenzhen for a long time but never had meeting of minds to this city are necessary human resources for Shenzhen. Based on Management Psychology, this article chooses some students studying in M migrant children school and their parents for study targets.  After investigating and comparing their sense of identity in status, group and region, we come out to the situation of their sense of identity. Finally this essay puts forward some laws and regulations on the public policy level to improve their sense of identity to Shenzhen through deep and specific analysis.
