外来女工生育保险问题研究
【摘要】外来女工作为新生社会弱势群体，其生育保险问题日益凸显。有鉴于此，本文对深圳Q社区外来女工生育保险问题进行了研究。首先，本文对该社区外来女工生育现状进行了描述，接着就造成这种现状的原因以及由此带来的不良影响进行了分析，结果表明，外来女工的生育问题比较突出，究其原因主要有制度、经济和外来女工自身等三方面的因素。最后，本文提出一些解决外来女工生育难题的对策，如完善生育保险、扩大生育保险覆盖面、强化生育保险意识等。

A Study of Maternity Insurance Problem of the Immigrant Workwomen—Empirical Analysis of Q
【Abstract】 As a new social vulnerable group，the immigrant workwomen’s maternity insurance problem has increasingly become prominent. Thus this essay studies the maternity insurance of immigrant workwomen in Shenzhen Q community. The author first describes their present reproductive status, then analyzes its causes and the resulting adverse impact. The result shows that the immigrant workwomen reproductive problems are very prominence and these problems are due to systematic, economic and immigrant workwomen’s own factors. Finally, the author suggests some solving strategies of the immigrant workwomen’s fertility problems, such as improving maternity insurance, expanding maternity insurance coverage, strengthening the maternity insurance awareness and so on.
