Abstract
This article analyzes the cause of empty account in china, using the data based on the problem of domestic and foreign empty pension account. Then, combined with results of academic economist groups give solutions to each problem. Finally, according to Western pension investment approach, proposed new pension investment approach, because only for a reasonable investment, pension accounts will not again face the problem of the missing.

摘要
本文在回顾国内外有关养老金空账问题的基础上，对养老金空账产生的原因进行了深入了分析。此后，结合三个学术派系的分析结果，对每个原因产生的问题提出了解决办法。最后，根据西方的养老金投资办法，提出了养老金新型投资的办法，只有进行合理的投资，养老金账户才不会再次面临缺失的问题。
