Perfect Combination of The Structure and Theme:
A Breakthrough of Writing Approach in The Golden Notebook by Doris Lessing
 

Doris Lessing, as one of the most important contemporary writers, has attracted worldwide readers because of her remarkable literary works with her diverse themes, unique vision, and innovative article structure. As Doris Lessing’s masterpiece, The Golden Notebook not only remains an unshakable position in the worldwide readers but also leads major scholars in the literary field to studying its real value.
The innovation of the structure and theme in The Golden Notebook has broken the traditional concepts of the structure and theme and formed a truly original writing skill. This dissertation, from the perspective of the combination of the structure and theme, analyzes how the author makes an innovation of theme to achieve the breakthrough of the writing skill in the literature field.
Generally speaking, Lessing expanses the function of the structure and theme. The structure reflects the theme. It plays the role of theme at the same time. Also the theme is the recessive structure. Through analyzing the combination of the structure and theme, I want to make an objective assessment on the significance and position of Doris Lessing and her famous masterpiece, The Golden Notebook.

摘 要
多丽丝•莱辛，作为当代文坛最重要的作家之一，其作品具有主题多样性，视角独到性，文章结构创新性等特点，吸引了全世界广大读者。莱辛的经典作品《金色笔记》自面世以来，不仅在广大读者心中占据了不可动摇的位置，同时也吸引文学领域中的专家研究。
《金色笔记》在结构与主题方面的创新，打破了传统观念，形成全新写作手法。本文从结构与主题两方面相结合的角度分析作者是如何对二者进行创新从而实现文学领域写作手法的突破。
总体来说，作者将结构与主题之间的功能扩大化，结构在体现主题的同时也承担了主题的角色，主题也是文章的隐形结构，既二者相互承担对方的角色与功能。本文通过分析二者的基础上客观评价莱辛以及其代表作《金色笔记》的重要性与地位。
