英语的本土化与中国英语的发展
英语是当今世界一种多国、多文化、多功能的国际性语言。作为人类的重要交际工具，语言总是处于不断的变化中，语言的频繁接触，必然引起语言的变异。“世界英语” 概念的出现意味着英语不再同于往昔，英语的不断国际化必然引起英语在全球范围内的本土化。英语在中国的本土化产生了一种特殊的、具有中国特色的英语变体    中国英语。
随着中国政治经济的发展，中国英语在社会各个领域变得越来越重要。该论文尝试着确认中国英语的地位，并从它的定义、历史、文化、特点以及语言学的角度对中国英语及中国式英语做了比较, 证明了中国英语的可接受性。其它英语变体的存在及其作用显示了中国英语在跨文化交际中的必要性。作者认为中国英语是中国本土文化与国际化的英语语言的结合体。
世界英语一直处于不断的变化之中并由此产生了许多不同的英语变体，中国英语就是其中一种。英语语言的发展趋势会继续进行下去，并随着使用者的增多而发生不可预测的变化。与此同时中国英语会像其它英语变体一样形成自己的特色。

The Nativization of English and China English Development

 
English has now become an international language. As an important means of communication, language is always in change, and the contact of different languages causes their variation. The concept of “World Englishes” means that English is no longer what it used to be. The internationalization of English causes the nativization of English across the world. The nativization of English in China has evolved a special variety--China English with Chinese characteristics.
China English is becoming more and more important in every field of society with the development of politics and economies in China. The paper demonstrates the status of China English, gives an overview of it from the aspects of definition, history, culture, characters, makes a comparison between China English and Chinglish, and proves the acceptability of China English. The existence of world Englishes and their function show that China English is necessary in cross-cultural communication. The author holds the point of view that China English is the combination of Chinese culture and the English language.
The world English is in the process of always changing and the varieties of English is a result of this process. China English is one of these varieties. One can imagine the likely trends that English language will continue to change in the future and to respond in unpredictable ways as the users of it increase across the world. China English tends to make itself with local characteristics just like the other World Englishes.
