知识经济时代对领导者素质的要求
摘  要：人类历史已经进入21世纪，21世纪是知识经济的时代。面对新的时代环境——科技迅猛发展；社会分工越来越细化，也越来越综合化；经济，文化，社会系统界限越来越模糊，内部结构也越来越复杂。因而新时代下对领导者素质应当有新的要求和界定。当下，以知识为依托，以高科技产业为第一产业的新型知识经济时代正大踏步地向我们走来，社会主义建设中的各级领导干部们应当自觉适应时代发展的要求，提高自身素质，全面塑造自己，以成为社会主义建设的合格接班人。领导者素质是多方面的，不是单一片面的，本文将综合知识经济时代的时代特征和对领导者素质的基本要求，主要从八个方面来具体阐述新时代背景下领导者应具备的素质并且就如何提高领导者素质提出了几点意见。

The Requirement of the Leader’s Quality in the Knowledge-economy Times
 
Abstract: Man has entered the 21st century. The 21st century is a knowledge economy time. Faced with new environment-----the high development of the science and technology; the social division of labor more and more refinement, also more and more integrated; the economy, the culture, the social system boundary is getting more and more fuzzy, the internal structure is also getting more and more complex. So in the new times,    the leader’s quality should have new requirements and definitions. Immediately, take the knowledge as the backing, walks take the high tech industry as the primary industry new era of knowledge economy honorable steps to us. During the construction of our socialist, the cadres at all levels should take on their own initiatives to adapt to the requirement of the time, improve quality, mould themselves comprehensively, so as to be a qualified successor of our socialist construction. The leader’s quality is various, not sole on one side. Now our essay is explaining the leader’s quality in the knowledge-economy times and talking about how to improve the quality of the leaders.
