浅谈领导权力与领导权威之间的关系
                       
摘 要：“领导是一门艺术”，领导运用手中的权力，树立起领导的权威更是一门高超的领导之术。然而，在我们的生活中，滥用领导权力、认为领导有了权力也便有了权威的心理更是普遍存在。为了能够使领导更加准确地认识领导权力与领导权威，文章对领导权力与领导权威之间的关系进行了论证，通过对两者含义、来源的不同，指出了两者的区别，并对领导如何树立领导权威提出了建议。这对领导树立正确的权力观，从而为自己树立领导权威带来了积极的、现实的意义，具有很强的借鉴性。

The Relationship Between the Leading Power and Leading Authority
 
Abstract:“Leadership is an art” , it’s also a lot of art that leaders use their power and set up the authority. However, in our lives, abusing the power and thinking that the leaders will have authority once they have power are quite common. In order to let leaders understand the power and authority of leadership more accurately, this paper will tell the relationship between the leading power and the authorities. By telling the difference between them in definition and origin, I shall put forward some advice about the way to set up the authority of leadership, thus helping set up right outlook on power and bringing about active and real significance to the erection of leading authority, which is significant.
