中国-东盟自由贸易区对中国的影响及对策
摘    要
经济全球化和区域经济一体化已经成为当前世界经济发展过程中的两大主要趋势。区域经济一体化具有贸易创造和贸易转移等效应。随着中国与东盟国家的经贸合作日益加强，中国政府提出组建中国-东盟自由贸易区的构想得到了东盟国家的积极响应。2010年1月1日，中国-东盟自由贸易区正式建成。自由贸易区对中国和东盟来说，可产生双赢结果，促进双方经济的快速发展。根据从自由贸易区正式成立到今天，中国和东盟双方的发展情况可以预期，中国和东盟将进一步在各领域全面发展合作，促进优势互补将进一步体现，贸易规模将进一步扩大，政治关系将进一步巩固等。但是，中国-东盟自由贸易区给中国带来机遇的同时，也带来了挑战，例如经济发展水平差异，竞争激烈等。因此，中国要及时制定出有效利用积极影响和应对消极影响的对策。本文在概述中国-东盟自由贸易区的建立的原因、建设历程，中国和东盟的发展现状的基础上，归纳出中国-东盟自由贸易区的特点，和对中国带来的积极和消极影响，并且提出中国的应对措施和今后的发展建议。

Abstract
Globalization and Integration is the two main trends of the world economy now. Integration of the regional economy has brought about many effects, such as trade creativity and trade diversion etc. Because of the reinforced cooperation with ASEAN, Chinese government put forward the scheme to construct China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, to which ASEAN countries responded actively. China-ASEAN Free Trade Area is established in January 1, 2010. It can produce a win-win result and promote the rapid development of both economies. According to the development of economy of both China and ASEAN from the date of establishment to today, we can expect that China and ASEAN will further comprehensive development of cooperation in all areas, the relationship will be more vigorous and the bilateral cooperation will have a broad prospect. However, China-ASEAN Free Trade Area not only l brings opportunities for China, but also brings challenges, such as different levels of economic development, furious competition and so on. Therefore, china should promptly make some effective measures to deal with the negative influences. In this paper, on the basic of describing the overview of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area’s establishing causes, characteristics, the current development situation between China and ASEAN, and the positive and negative influences brought by China-ASEAN Free Trade Area to China, I make some measures to deal with the problems and let China develop fast.
