新闻报道和播音中的人文关怀研究
摘 要：随着经济不断发展，电视机已经几乎走进了每个家庭．电视作为一种影响巨大的大众媒介，全方位地影响了人们的社会生活和思考方式。数字技术的迅速拓展，信息传播的无所不及，社会宽容度的不断增加，人们个性日益张扬，观众在接受电视信息的同时，也形成了自己对电视节目需求和评判的标准。当今社会，人文关怀越来越成为人们生活的需求和文化主流的需求。近年来随着电视新闻改革的深入，为了适应各种信息的需求，满足不同的需求心理，服务多样化的受众群，出现了多层次、多方面、多口味的新闻形式。纵观近年来的新闻报道，越来越多的媒体将目光投向了普通百姓，关注平常人的的喜怒哀乐、悲欢离合，关注弱势群体的生存状态和情感需求，新闻报道中的“人”作为个体出现的频率越来越高。

Abstract: With the continuous economic development, television sets have nearly walked into every family. Tremendous impact on television as a mass media, all-round impact on people's social life and way of thinking.The rapid expansion of digital technology, no less than information dissemination, social tolerance of the ever-increasing,it is increasingly personalized publicity, information in a television audience, but also formed its own television program on the needs and evaluation criteria. Today's society,humanistic care is increasingly becoming the need of people's lives and cultural needs of the mainstream. In recent years, with the deepening of the reform of television news, in order to meet the needs of all kinds of information to meet the different needs of psychological services a variety of audiences, there has been a multi-level, multi-faceted, multi-form news tastes. Looking at news reports in recent years, more and more media attention to the ordinary people, concerned about the joys and sorrows of ordinary people ,concerned about the survival of vulnerable groups and emotional needs of the state, news reports of "person" as the individual is getting higher and higher frequency.
