聚醚型聚氨酯树脂的制备及性能研究
摘要:硅油是一种不同聚合度链状结构的聚有机硅氧烷。硅油具有卓越的耐热性、耐候性、疏水性和较小的表面张力,此外还具有较高的抗压缩性。有机硅由于其独特的结构而具有一系列优异性能,然而有机硅材料也存在力学强度低、附着力差等缺点,这点大大限制了它的应用。聚氨酯是由硬段和软段交替组成,具有良好的物理和机械性能、耐磨、抗撕裂等优点,但也存在表面性能差、易燃、不耐高温、容易老化等缺点。用有机硅与聚氨酯共聚可以改善这些缺陷。通过共聚将有机硅与聚氨酯两者的优异性能结合起来,是改善有聚氨酯材料性能的一条中要途径。本文研究如何将硅油用于聚醚型聚氨酯材料的改性,有效地提高胶膜的力学强度、透湿性和稳定性等。拟采用硅油改性通过实验检验聚氨酯的性能改变。以聚醚、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯和1,4-丁二醇为原料合成了聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体。首先使MDI(二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯),聚醚1030和1-4丁二醇和硅油在合适的温度下溶解,并在80oC下混合搅拌12小时以后取小块溶解于DMF,用制模棒制模后做不同温度下的实验(60oC和100oC)。通过实验检测硅油改性以后聚醚型聚氨酯的吸水性的改变,拉伸强度的改变,透湿性的改变,接触角的改变以及其他性质是否改变。

Researching preparation and performance of Polyurethane resin type polyether
 
Abstract: Silicone is a different degree of polymerization chain structure of organo-siloxane intermediates. Silicone oil has excellent weathering resistance, heat resistance, hydrophobic and smaller surface tension, also has high performance of resistance to compress. Organic silicon because of its unique structure and has a series of excellent performance, but also the organic silicone materials exist low mechanical strength, weakness, this faults greatly restricted its application. Polyurethane is component by hard and soft section, with good physical and mechanical performance, wear-resisting, but also exists surface properties, high temperature resistant, inflammable, not easy aging faults. Using organic silicon and polyurethane copolymerization can improve the defect. Through the copolymerization of polyurethane and organic silicone will combine both excellent properties, is an important way to improve the performance of polyurethane materials . This paper study used to silicone polyether modified polyurethane material, effectively improve the mechanical strength, ferric permeability and stability, and so on. Using silicone modified by orthogonal  and reverse into experimental to test the nature of the polyurethane . polyether polyurethane elastomers synthetize by Polyether,MDI and 1,4-Butyl glycol. First, dissolve MDI, polyether 1030 , 1,4-Butyl glycol and silicone in the appropriate temperature, and dissolved in 80 Degrees Celsius with 12 hours ,then mixing take small dissolved in DMF. With mould making mould, then do each experiment in the laboratory (60 degrees and 100 degrees). Through the experimental detection silicone modified polyether polyurethane,like the change of water imbibition, tensile strength, permeability, contact Angle and other properties.
