溶胶凝胶法制备硅酸盐长余辉玻璃陶瓷
摘要:本文以(C2H5)4SiO4,Sr(NO3)2,Mg(NO3)2,H2BO3等为原料,采用溶胶凝胶法制备出长余辉发光硅酸盐玻璃陶瓷,并采用X射线衍射、荧光光谱等分析方法对其物相及发光性能进行了分析。结果表明:溶胶-凝胶法制备硅酸盐长余辉玻璃陶瓷较适宜的制备条件为:溶胶和凝胶制备条件:pH=1~3,加水量R≥41,温度T=50℃-90℃。烧成条件:还原气氛1150℃3小时。所制备的以Sr2MgSi2O7为主晶相的硅酸盐长余辉玻璃陶瓷具有光致发光行为和长余辉发光特性,其主激发峰位于399nm,发射峰位于467nm,发出的余辉为蓝色,余辉时间达到6 h以上。预烧的样品在1150℃烧结时,其发光性能最好。样品的预烧有利于提高硅酸盐长余辉玻璃陶瓷的发光性能,减少制品收缩。

Preparation of the long afterglow silicate glass ceramic by sol-gel method
 
Abstract: In this paper, the long afterglow silicate glass ceramics were prepared by sol-gel method using (C2H5)4SiO4, Sr (NO3) 2, Mg (NO3) 2, H2BO3 as the raw materials. The meterias was characterized by X-ray diffraction, fluorescencespectrum and so on. The results showed that: sol-gel silicate glass ceramics long lasting more suitable preparation conditions are: sol and gel conditions: pH =1~3, the amount of water R≥41, the temperature T = 50℃-90℃. Firing conditions: 1150℃ 3h reducing atmosphere. The prepared to Sr2MgSi2O7 the main crystalline phases of silicate glass-ceramics with Long-lasting photoluminescence behavior and luminescent properties, the main excitation peaks at 399nm, emission peak at 467nm, issued blue afterglow, afterglow time to reach 6 h or more. Pre-burn samples sintered at 1150 ℃, its light performance is better. The calcined samples help to improve long afterglow silicate luminescent properties of glass ceramics, to reduce shrinkage.
