年产1万吨碳酸二甲脂的工艺设计
摘要:本设计通过对我国近年来碳酸二甲脂的发展状况的分析,比较了近年来碳酸二甲脂的生产工艺,选择尿素和甲醇为原料直接合成法生产碳酸二甲酯产品,以尿素和甲醇为原料,首次采用反应精馏塔生产碳酸二甲酯;通过反应精馏塔上端全凝器分离出氨气,同时反应精馏塔连续采出碳酸二甲酯,该反应器提高了反应的转化率和选择性;在该工艺的设计中,进行物料的热衡算、物料衡算,对主要设备精馏塔几何尺寸、附属设备的选用等相关结构进行了计算,对工厂的环境、安全、经济效益进行评估。
