当代行政机关管理的弊端与对策
摘  要：行政机关是行政管理的重要组织形式和实体，是各种行政要素借以发挥行政作用的主要枢纽，其内部管理的好坏，直接影响行政效率的高低和行政目标的能否实现。目前，我国行政机关管理中出现了一系列问题，直接影响到政府职能的实现和政府的形象，并且影响着机关内部办事效率的提高，造成了社会资源的严重浪费，更引发社会不公平现象，不利于社会主义和谐社会的构建。对此我们应该积极采取相应的对策去解决这些问题，要加快行政体制的改革，提高机关工作效率化，尽可能的组建一个高效、合理、公平，能更好的服务于人民群众的机关组织。

Abstract: The executive is an important organizational form of administration and entities, a variety of administrative elements to play the executive role to a major hub, and its internal management directly affect the level of administrative efficiency and administrative objectives can be achieved.  At present, the executive management of a series, which directly affect the realization of the functions of government and the government's image, which not only affects the efficiency of the internal organs, causing serious waste of social resources, but also cause society does not inequalities, is not conducive to harmonious society, and we should actively take appropriate measures to solve these problems, to speed up the reform of administrative system, improve the efficiency of institutions, as far as possible the formation of an efficient, reasonable, fair, more good service to the people's authority organizations.
