论新时期下秘书人员的政治素质
摘  要：随着改革开放的深入，社会主义市场经济体制的确立打破了传统的计划模式，对秘书工作也产生深远的影响，甚至使其发生异化和嬗变。市场经济的的新特性对传统的秘书工作带来一系列新的问题与挑战。自古秘书工作就是一项政治性很强的工作，而在秘书工作中，政治素质扮演着极为重要的角色，时代的变迁、社会的进步、工作模式的变化,都对秘书工作者的政治提出了更高的要求。我们认为，新时期下的秘书人员必须具备坚定的政治立场、较高的政策理论水平、明确的法律观念以及良好的道德品质。针对当下的秘书人员政治素质的缺失，必须通过强化自身学习，加大监督力度，加快秘书立法等手段以提高秘书人员的政治素质。

 The Political Caliber of Secretarial Staffs
in The New Era
 
Abstract ：With the development and reformation of social economy, the socialist market economy system breaks the traditional mode, also exerts far-reaching influence on the secretary work. The new features of market economy bring a series of new problems and challenges to the traditional secretarial work. Secretaries must have higher political caliber so that we can fit for developing secretarial work. The change of the times, the progress of the society and the changes of working mode request the higher political caliber. In my view, the secretarial staffs of the new era must have firm political stance, higher theoretical level of the policy, the concept of law and the excellent moral trait. We must take measures as follows to enhance the political caliber of current secretarial staffs. Firstly, secretarial staffs must improve the ability of self-study. Secondly, we should strengthen supervision to the secretarial work, even make relevant law and regulations of secretarial work.
