高校秘书教学工作中存在的问题及对策
摘  要：我国高校秘书专业教学工作是近30年才走上正轨的，经过不断地发展已经取得了许多卓越的成就，但仍是一项非常有挑战性的工作，目前在社会力量不能充分配合，高校对秘书专业教学工作中培养目标定位不清，实训教学重视不够，师资力量严重缺乏。学生自身定位不清，自我评价不合理、缺乏自主学习能力、专业意识薄弱等很多问题。本文从鼓励国家政策支持与用人单位积极配合、高校要加强对秘书专业的重视，明确其专业培养定位，加强对秘书实训教学力度和师资力量建设，发挥教学活动过程中的主导作用。学生自身要正确认识自己、提高自学能力、增强专业意识，从而加强自我管理等方向进行改进和完善，使其进一步发展。对其存在问题、改善方法做了分析，希望能对秘书专业的发展做出一点贡献。
