当前我国党政机关与外企公司秘书工作的比较研究
摘  要：随着世界一体化程度的逐渐加强，世界范围内的交流与合作更加成为必然之势。在对外国资金、先进技术等的引进过程中，中国始终不忘记结合自身国情合理吸收并始终强调创新能力的培养，以期形成具有良好自主创新能力的社会。秘书工作作为社会生产必不可少的环节之一，必然存在秘书工作的中国本土色彩以及对“外国风情”的差别借鉴。本文就当前中国这同一国情下两种性质区别较大的工作环境——党政机关与外企公司中的秘书工作展开论述，比较这两种环境下秘书工作的异同，从而产生更切合中国实际的可供二者互相借鉴之处，实现社会发展过程中秘书工作自身的求新求变，以提高秘书工作的效率，形成卓有成效的工作机制。

The Comparative Research of Current Party and Government Organs and Multi-national Company Secretarial Work
 
Abstract：As the level of the world's integration has strengthened gradually, the worldwide communication and cooperation have become an inevitable trend. The communication and cooperation cover the range of foreign capital, advanced technology, and etc. During the process of introduction, China will always emphasize the cultivation of innovation skills and always absorb according to its own national conditions, in order to form a good capability of independent innovation. As one of the indispensable parts of social production, Secretary Job in China is inevitably imbued with the Chinese local color and foreign amorous feelings. This article will focus on the secretarial work of two largely different properties——the Party and Government Organs and Foreign Companies in current China. My paper will discuss the comparison of the secretary's similarity and differences of the two above different properties, resulting in more practical experience available for both. Moreover, it helps improve the efficiency of secretarial work, thus forming a fruitful work mechanism.
