浅论上官婉儿对现当代秘书的启示
摘  要：随着现代社会经济的发展，用人单位对秘书的需求越来越大，秘书这一职业在市场经济需求下如雨后春笋般大量涌现。在信息化的背景下，秘书的职能也在悄悄发生着转变，但是不管职能发生如何改变，秘书的一些基本素质和要求不会随着时代的变迁而有所变化。本文通过描写古代文官上官婉儿的优秀品质,意在提醒现当代的秘书，不要一味赶超现代化，追求高效率，而忽视了做秘书的最根本的要素，同时通过对上官婉儿的生平事迹描述，希望为已经在秘书工作岗位或即将走向工作岗位的秘书们，提供些许启示和经验，为秘书工作的建设发展贡献一点力量。

Abstract: With the economic development of modern society, the employer growing demand of the Secretary, the Secretary of the occupational demand in the market economy have mushroomed in large numbers.
