本文从近几年高校毕业就业形势及物业管理专业毕业生就业现状切入，分析了物业管理专业毕业生在就业中产生的自卑、盲目自信、怀才不遇等主要就业心理问题，并提出通过正确认识职业价值，培养就业自信心；正确评价自我，消除盲目自信心理；接受客观现实，调整就业期望值等途径矫正这些就业心理问题的对策。

on Graduates specialized in Property management
Abstract: From the point of current employment situations of graduates from colleges and universities and graduates specialized in property management, this article analyzes main employment psychological problems of graduates such as self-humiliation, blind self-confidence, feeling their talents wasted, etc. To rectify these problems, the countermeasures are brought forward such as to correctly acknowledge professional morality, to cultivate employment self-confidence, to correctly self-evaluate, to avoid blind self-confidence, to accept the realistic situation and adjust the employment expectation.
