我国成品油定价方法的动态演进研究
【摘要】
随着国内经济的快速增长，我国对石油的需求量日益增加，对进口石油的依存度也不断上升，我国已由石油出口国变成世界第二大的石油进口国，成品油的定价问题也因此变得日趋紧迫和复杂，这关系着我国的石油安全问题。当前，我国的成品油价格形成机制乃至整个石油价格体系正经历着这样一个改革历程：政府定价——与国际接轨——价格开放。由于我国石油市场的特殊结构和一些市场因素的影响，石油市场的价格开放无法一步实现，只能是一种循序渐进的过程，通过不断地完善我国的石油市场体系，进而实现成品油定价机制的市场化。因此，我国的成品油定价问题是一个具有理论价值又具有实践指导意义的研究问题。

Studying the dynamic evolution of China’s refined oil pricing mechanism
 
【Abstract】
With the rapid growth of the domestic economy，the demand of oil is increasing, the dependency on imported oil is also rising. China has become the world's second largest oil importer country, while China used to be an oil-exporting country. Therefore the pricing of refined oil products are becoming increasingly urgent and complex, it also relates to the issue of China's oil and energy security. Nowadays the oil price mechanism of refined oil and even the all oil price mechanism undergo a revolution. It is government pricing, connection to international market and opening the price. Since the special structure of China's oil market and some other market factors, the price of oil market cannot be opened directly. The opening of price of the refined oil is gradually. Only by improving our country's oil market system constantly, can we realize the marketing of refined oil price. So, a study on our country's refined oil pricing mechanism bears an extremely important theoretical values as well as crucial empirical guidance.
