中国与印度软件行业人力资源开发的比较研究
摘要】 近年来印度软件产业发展迅速,其关键原因是充分开发丰富的人力资源。中国与印度有共同的人力资源优势,但中国的软件产业发展远不如印度,中国人力资源开发不足。本文就中国与印度人力资源开发做了比较分析,探讨了中印两国人力资源开发的差异。对中印软件产业人力资源开发探究基础上,包括对市场的政策与制度环境、教育培训模式进行了客观、全面的分析, 并就中国软件产业在人力资源开发方面存在的不足之处提出借鉴印度成功经验的意见,以期有利于中国软件产业的健康快速发展,并为中印在软件产业合作的可能性提供一点提示。

【Abstract】 In recent years, India's software industry has developed rapidly, the key reason is that the full exploitation of the rich human resources. China and India have common advantages in human resources, but China's software industry is far better than India, China, inadequate human resource development. In this paper, China and India, the development of human resources management to do a comparative analysis of China and India's human resource development differences. Indian software industry to explore basic human resources development, including market policy and institutional environment, education and training model of an objective, comprehensive analysis, and on China's software industry in human resources development inadequacies exist to learn from India the successful experiences of view to be conducive to China's software industry, healthy and rapid development, as well as Sino-Indian cooperation in the software industry to offer a few tips possibility.
