特区社区居民委员会发展研究
【摘要】随着社区逐渐成为承接社会职能最基本的载体与公共空间,社区居委会的社会整合功能逐渐增强。社区居委会作为政府与社会最重要的纽带正在当下的社会发展，城市和谐以及民主建设起到愈加重要的作用。本文通过对深圳社区居委会现状特别是“居站分设”模式中的一些问题的分析与阐释，提出制约社区居委会发展的原因，并联系深圳特区的实际情况对特区居委会的发展路径提出自己的看法及建议。

【Abstract】As the community has gradually become the most basic social functions to take the carrier with the public space, community neighborhood social integration gradually. Neighborhood communities and society as a government bond is the most important moment of social development, harmony and democracy-building the city even more important role to play. Through analysis of the status of the community's neighborhood committee to find the constraints of the reasons for the development of the community's neighborhood committee, the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone and in the context of the actual situation of the development of the SAR path neighborhood to present their views and suggestions.
