季节性失业现状与政府的政策治理探讨——以xx糖业有限公司为例
【摘要】 “季节性失业”指由于季节性生产或市场的季节性变化等原因，引起的对劳动力需求出现季节性波动，从而导致劳动者就业岗位丧失的临时性失业。本文从季节性失业工人与政府政策救济关系出发，以海南省那大糖业有限公司职工生存现状为例，通过个体案例分析，总结出季节性失业工人生活状况存在的主要问题是：1、就业时间短收入受影响；2、人员流动性强；3、人均劳动力分配不均；4、竞争压力大。就当前的主要问题探讨政府治理季节性失业存在的困难，最后根据季节性失业现状特点，提出改善这种现状的相关建议。
