摘    要
公务员群体由于工作环境、工作性质和传统观念的影响,其压力问题长期以来一直被忽略。随着社会的发展,政府职能的不断转变,公务员作为公共服务的承担者,在努力提高自身素质的同时,压力也不容小觑。目前,对于公务员压力的研究大多数停留在定性的阶段,缺乏定量的实证研究。
本论文借鉴国内外相关理论和实践,研究公务员工作压力的问题。研究通过访谈、文献分析、问卷调查等方法收集资料和数据,采用项目分析、因素分析、描述统计等方法对数据进行处理,初步探讨了我国公务员压力源的内在结构;公务员的总体压力水平;基于人口统计变量的压力感受差异。最后根据研究结果分别从组织层面和个人层面提出了压力管理的策略和建议。
本研究得出的初步结论是:
(1)公务员的压力源结构是多维的。
(2)我国公务员群体中压力普遍存在。

Abstract
Srtess of public servants has been neglected for a long time, because of steady work environment and high social class. With the development of society and the change of government function, public servant must improve themselves constantly, at the same time, they have more and more stress. Now, most research on stress of public servants is still qualitative analysis, but empirical research is lacking.
The purpose of research is to investigate the internal structure of public servants’stress, the distinction of different servants. For these purpose, the relevant data are collected by open questionnaires and research from relevant references. Some standard analysis method, such as exploratory analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis are employed. In the end, some suggestion are put forward to decrease the stress of public servants.
The conclusions drawn by this research are as follows:
First, job stressor of public sevant is compsosed of many factors;
Second, a lot of public servants have various stress.
