论汉语家用电器说明书的翻译
摘  要

本论文研究了家用电器说明书的文体特征，指出了其与一般科技文体的共同特点及其特殊性：语气正式,语法规范,语言简洁明了,另外还赋予基础单词新的含义且大量的运用专业术语及科技味词语。本文在进一步分析其文体特征的基础上，总结出与原文对应的文体句式及文体对应译法，涉及到词汇，短语及句式的选用。最后，根据相关基本原则，本文总结认为译文必须重点突出解释说明，语言言简意赅，通俗易懂，同时与原文的文体风格一致，使其符合英文文体习惯，忠实于原文，全方位地向国外顾客传递产品信息。

On Translation of Chinese Appliance Instruction
ABSTRACT

This paper points out the common feature and specific feature of appliance instruction after analyzing its stylistic features: their formality is in accordance with the common technical style while the fact that they should also focus on brevity, explanation separates them from the common ones. In addition, common words are conferred with new meanings and a large quantity of terminology and scientific words are used. Based on the analysis of its stylistic feature, we can conclude the equivalent translation both on the level of sentence and style including choose of proper vocabularies, phrases and sentences. Lastly, with the support of related theories, it is realized that the translated version should be brevious and succinct, focusing on explanation and the style of original appliance instruction, which in return ensuring that the translated versions are conventional style of English language and helping to convey the product information so as to attract customer to buy.
