出口结构优化升级是建设资源节约型经济的需要
摘    要
贸易出口结构包括出口商品结构和出口贸易方式结构两个方面，它是一国或地区经济技术发展水平、产业结构状况、商品国际竞争能力、在国际分工和国际贸易中的地位等的综合反映。改革开放以来，我国对外贸易高速发展，2007年中国外贸位居世界第三，我国外贸大国地位的确立已毋庸置疑。但“高消耗、高投入、低收益”的外贸发展模式使得我国自然资源消耗、环境污染严重，对经济的进一步发展十分不利。我国对外贸易要解决以上问题，在减少资源消耗和环境破坏的前提下，促进对外贸易的健康、稳定发展，必须优化贸易出口结构，转变贸易增长方式，实现对外贸易的可持续发展。
本课题从我国当前外贸出口结构的现状分析着手，探讨出口企业自身及外部因素，阐述转变贸易出口增长方式，调整出口结构，促进我国外贸出口多元化协调发展，是构建和谐社会及建设资源节约型经济社会的需要。最后寻求优化我国外贸出口结构和建立资源节约、环境友好型社会的方式、途径和具体措施，为优化外贸出口结构提出建设性建议与对策。

Abstract
The structure of export trade covers two main aspects, the structure of export commodities and that of export trade mode. It reflects the overall development of a country’s economy, technology, industrial structure, and the country's status in the international labor cooperation and international trade. China’s foreign trade grows rapidly since adopted reform and open-door policy. In 2007, China ranks third in global trade, and its status of a major trading power is established. Moreover, foreign trade development mode of “high con-sumption, high investment, low profit” has aggravated both the consumption of natural resources and the environmental pollution in our country, which are extremely harmful to the further economic development. In order to solve the problems above and promote a smooth and stable development of foreign trade, on the premise of reducing consumption of resources and damages to the environment, it’s necessary to optimize exports structure, change the mode in which the trade grows, and achieve a sustainable development of foreign trade.
The paper focuses on the current situation of the export structure of China’s foreign trade, discusses both internal and external factors of the export firms, and expatiates on the approaches both to change the mode in which the export trade grows and to adjust export structure so that China’s export can grow with diversification and coordination. All forms the needs for building a harmonious society and formation of a resource-saving economy. Finally, some constructive proposals are brought forward in research of a better mode, approaches and specific measures to optimize China’s export structure and establish a resource-saving, environment-friendly society, for optimize China’s export to a sustainable development.
