摘要
随着中长跑的训练理论的不断发展,现代中长跑训练逐步以加大运动员的训练负荷,尤其是以提高训练负荷为最突出特征。最大摄氧量和无氧阈反映了有氧耐力的两个方面,其中无氧阈同耐力运动项目运动成绩的关系更密切。采用“超量恢复”训练方法的运动员的成绩明显比采用其他方法训练的运动员的成绩好得多,这种训练方法有效促进技术的改进,提高运动神经单位的兴奋速率,大大加强机体的承受力,运动的适应能力得到显著提高。[4]中长跑训练是大负荷、高强度的运动项目,因此。训练后对机体的恢复有着重要的意义。合理营养是运动员保持良好训练状态的物质基础,对运动员的体能状态、体力适应过程、运动后体力的恢复及防治运动性疾病有良好的作用。
