浅谈篮板球技术动作及影响因素和训练方法
摘要：随着篮球运动的不断发展，篮球队员身体条件的迅速提高，抢篮板球技术的难度逐步提高，篮板球控制的好坏，对比赛的胜负起着很大的作用。篮球比赛中如果进攻时抢篮板球占优势，不仅可以增加进攻的机会，而且可以增强外线中投的信心和减少对方发动快攻的机会。防守时抢篮板占优势不仅可以中断对方的连继进攻，造成对方外线中投的顾虑，而且还能为本队发动快攻创造有利的条件。篮板球在比赛中具有重要意义，它是攻守转换的关键，直接影响着比赛的胜负。本文通过对篮板球的技术分析以及训练方法研究提出自己体会，以期望提高拼抢篮板球的能力。

Abstract: Along with the basketball movement unceasing development, thebasketball team member body condition rapid enhancement, snatches therebound technology the difficulty gradually to enhance, the reboundcontrol quality, is playing the very major role to the competitionvictory and defeat. In the basketball game if attacks time snatchesthe rebound to occupy the superiority, not only may increase attackthe opportunity, moreover may heighthen the confidence which in theoutwire throws and reduce the opportunity which opposite party startsto quick attack. When defense snatches the backboard to occupy thesuperiority not only to be allowed to sever opposite party company tocontinue the attack, creates worry which in opposite party outwirethrows, moreover also can start for the main force to quick attack thecreation advantageous condition.The rebound has the vital significance in the competition, it is the key which the offense and defense transforms, is affecting the competition victory and defeat directly.This article through to the rebound technical analysis as well as the training method research proposed oneself realized, expected the enhancement fights for the rebound ability
