xx市电子政务发展现状及改善对策——以xx行政审批电子监察系统为例
【内容摘要】
随着二十一世纪的到来，信息技术和网络技术已经成为了先进的生产力，推动着国民经济和社会的信息化。电子政务已经逐渐成为各级政府应对现代社会繁杂的管理事务，降低行政成本，提高机关工作效率的主要管理方式。然而，越是高水平、高效率的电子政务建设规划越是无法在现实公共管理中得以实现。本文以深圳行政审批电子监察系统这一区域性项目的建设及其运行情况作为研究案例，分析在行政技术革新条件下区域性电子政务建设，寻找存在的问题及探索可能有所帮助的解决方案。

【Abstract】With the advent of the twenty-first century, information technology and network technology has become advanced productive forces, and promote the national economy and information society. E-government have become a modern society at all levels of government to deal with the management of complex services, reduce administrative costs and improve the efficiency of the main organs of management. However, more high-level, highly efficient e-government construction plan can not in reality more of the public administration can be achieved. In this paper, Shenzhen electronic monitoring system of administrative examination and approval of the regional projects and their operation as a case study, analysis of technological innovation in the administrative conditions of regional e-government building, looking for problems and help to explore possible solutions.
