深圳户籍制度改革发展的研究
【摘要】作为改革开放以来形成的最大的“移民城市”，深圳在人口管理上的复杂程度远在我国其他城市之上，而作为我国管理人口流动最基本的户籍制度，在深圳的实行也面对着更多更难估量的问题，所以深圳户籍制度的改革完善显得尤为重要。本文简单回顾中国现行户籍制度的演变过程后，对现行户籍制度的内容、特征及利弊进行简单分析。通过回顾深圳户籍制度改革历程，分析了深圳户籍制度改革的现状与所取得的进步。论文论述了深圳进一步深化户籍制度改革的必要性，以实现推动可持续发展、强化人才吸引力、维护外来人员权益和提升归属感与凝聚力的目标。最后对深圳户籍改革提出了一些建议。

The study on the household registration system’s
reformation and development of Shenzhen
【Abstract】Since reform and opening up as the greatest form of "immigrant city" in the population of Shenzhen, the complexity of management is far above other cities in China, as the management of population movement in our country the most basic household registration system, implemented in Shenzhen are also facing more difficult to assess the problem, the household registration system reform in Shenzhen is especially important to improve. In this paper, a brief review of China's current household registration system after the evolution of the existing household registration system, the content, features and advantages and disadvantages of simplistic analysis. By reviewing the course of reform the household registration system in Shenzhen, Shenzhen, an analysis of the status of the household registration system reform and the progress made. Shenzhen paper discusses the further deepening of the need to reform the household registration system in order to achieve sustainable development, and strengthen the attractiveness of talent, and safeguard the rights and interests of foreign staff and enhance a sense of belonging and cohesion objectives. Finally，the household registration reform in Shenzhen made a number of recommendations.
