试论公共危机中的女性关怀
【摘要】女性关怀是对女性健康、教育、就业等相关问题的关注，并积极回应女性的需要。公共危机中对女性的关怀是政府对关注女性问题,保障女性权利的表现。本文从阐述公共危机中女性关怀的重要性出发，以公共危机中金融危机，法定传染病疫情扩散危机及自然灾害危机为例研究女性关怀的现状。通过分析，发现主要的问题有金融危机中出现女性就业不平等，法定传染病疫情扩散危机中出现妇女的权利的缺失及医疗体系的不完善，而自然灾害危机（以地震为例）主要为拐卖女童及的问题。最后，针对文中提到的三种公共危出现的问题机及提高女性地位应对危机提出改善的相关思考和建议。

On the public crisis of women care
【Abstract】Women care is on women's health care, education, employment and other related issues, and actively respond to the needs of women. Public crisis in caring for women is the Government's concern about women's issues, protection of women's rights.In this paper, the crisis of the public the importance of caring for women, the crisis of public financial crisis, the spread of the epidemic of Notifiable Diseases, natural disasters, crisis and crisis care as an example the status of women in research. Through the analysis, we found the main problems of the financial crisis of female inequality in employment, statutory infectious disease the spread of the epidemic emerged in the crisis of the lack of women's rights and health care system is far from perfect, and natural disasters, the crisis (to the earthquake as an example) primarily for trafficking girls and women being adequately cared for. Finally, for the three mentioned problems of public danger machine and the advancement of women to deal with the crisis to improve the relevance of thinking and recommendations.
