学生宿舍管理模式研究——基于xx校长信箱的内容分析
【摘要】在学分制的推行和后勤社会化浪潮过后，宿舍管理日益被各高校领导决策层所重视，xx大学宿舍管理曾经历了后勤社会化改革，取得过不错的成效，但近年来学校连年扩招导致宿舍资源紧缺，宿舍管理中的各种矛盾不断显现，对宿舍管理提出了更高的要求。本文以内容分析法对xx大学校长信箱中关于宿舍管理的问题进行研究，通过分析找出xx大学目前宿舍管理存在的各种问题，然后引入香港科技大学宿舍管理的成功案例，吸收借鉴相关经验，寻求这些问题的解决之道，力求探索出适合深xx大学的宿舍管理模式。

Research on the Management Model of Students’ Dormitory
----Analysis of some Mails in the President’s Mailbox of Shenzhen University
 

【Abstract】 With the implementation of credit system and socialization of logistics, dormitory management has drawn more and more attention of the universitie leaders.The dormitory management of Shenzhen University has gone through a reform for dormitory logistics and has achieved some good results. However, in recent years, the steady increase in the student recruitment makes the school hostel resources scarce. Various contradictions appear in dormitory management, demanding an urge improvement.This paper uses content analysis to research the problems of dormitory management that have been  revealed in the mails in the President’s mailbox of Shenzhen University. Through analysis it aims to find out what problems are existing in dormitory management. A successful case about Hong Kong University of Science and Technology dormitory management is introduced and compared with the situation in Shenzhen University, and a model to improve the dormitory management of Shenzhen Univeisity is proposed on the basis of the analysis of the advantages of the Hong Kong model.
