城市化进程中的公共服务满意度研究——基于xx市原住民的问卷调查
【摘要】在服务型政府的建设中，民众对各项公共服务的满意程度越来越受到政府和学界的关注。本研究以公共服务满意度为核心议题，以深圳市“村改居”社区的原住民为调查对象，从9个方面测量了原住民对 公共服务的满意程度。结果表明：原住民对公共服务满意度总体不高、并且各项公共服务满意度水平有着显著的差异性。因此，政府应加大对“村改居”社区公共服务的财政投入，以提升社区公共服务水平，达致改善民生之目标。

The analysis of The Satisfaction with Public Services of Aboriginal in Shenzhen
【Abstract】Building a service-oriented government, government and academia increasingly concerned about the people's satisfaction with public services. In this study, satisfaction with public services as the core issues in Shenzhen City,."Home to the village" of Aboriginal communities to investigate the object, measured from the nine aspects of the indigenous people to public service satisfaction. The results showed that the public service satisfaction of original people is not high .And satisfaction with the level of public services has a significant difference.So, the government should increase its "home to the village" community of financial investment in public services to enhance the level of community-based public services to achieve the goal of improving people's livelihood.
