香港食品安全监管的做法及启示

香港食品安全监管的做法及启示
[摘要]近年来内地大型食品中毒事件频繁发生，食品安全问题日益尖锐化。本文以香港政府对食品安全监管的做法为样本，对香港食品安全监管的组织机构体系、日常监督制度以及食品安全方面案件的执法方式进行了研究。本文认为，香港在法制、队伍建设、预警机制等食品安全监管方面的做法很值得借鉴，另外内地政府在监管分工上更应吸取其经验，做到责任明确，摒弃多头治理。

The procedure of Hong Kong’s food safety supervision and inspires
[Abstract]：In recent years inland large-scale food poison event occurred frequently, the food security problem intensified day by day. This article take Hong Kong Government to food safe supervision's procedure as a sample, to Hong Kong food safe supervision's organizations and agencies system, the daily control system as well as food security aspect case's law enforcement way has conducted the research. This article believed that Hong Kong in food safe supervision aspect's and so on legal system, troop construction, early warning mechanism procedures is worth using for reference very much, moreover inland government should absorb its experience in the supervision division of labor, achieves the responsibility to be clear, rejection multi-thread government procedure.
