职业准入视角下的公务员考录机制研究
【摘要】公务员考试录用制度是我国公务员制度的核心内容,是从源头上保证公务员素质、优化公务员队伍结构的重要保障。但是,由于我国的公务员考试录用制度处于一种深刻的社会转轨的背景下,尚处于探索完善阶段,在近些年的具体操作中采取“整体渐进,分步到位”的渐进方式,走了一些弯路,故目前在考试录用工作上存在诸多问题。本文研究的目的是通过对我国公务员考试录用制度内容分析,针对目前我国公务员考试录用制度存在的问题提出可行性构想与对策,从而为我国人事录用制度改革提供参考。

【Abstract】:The system of government official test hiring is our country’s civil service regulations core content,it is from the source guaranteed the official quality,optimizes the official troop structure the important link,“Road of for the political,will be heavy the person”,“a line of beautiful polities,will have first to select the person”.Selects any type the person is engaged in the country administration,is relating of government’s in people image,is  relating the national each eniterprise prosperity and decline success or failure and the national.Therefore consummates the official to take a test hires the system is carries out“People’s Republic of China official Law”,selects the outstanding talented person,improves the official troop quality,strengthens the party the ruling ability construction demand.But,beeause the official took a test hires the system still to be at the exploration consummation stage, in recent years conerete operation,also exposed some urgent need improvements the question.This article studies the goal is through takes a test to our country’s official hiring the system content analysis,takes a test in view of the present our country official hires the system existence the question to propose the feasible conception and the counter measure,thus hires the system reform for our country human affairs to provide the reference.
