农村村主任选举程序与大学生村官选拔程序的比较分析
【摘要】大学生“村官”制度对加强农村基层组织建设具有积极意义。本文通过比较分析的研究方法，分别对农村村主任选举程序和大学生村官选拔程序中的相同程序：建立选举组织机构、选民登记、候选人资格、候选人提名、候选人的资格确认、竞选活动、选举结果确认和异同程序：正式选举、岗前培训进行比较分析。提出了大学生村官选拔程序对农村村主任选举程序完善和补充的看法以及大学生村官选拔程序对完善基层选举程序的启示。

【Abstract】: Student "village official" system has the positive significance to strengthen the building of rural grassroots organizations. This paper, with the comparative analysis of research methods, compared the rural director of the electoral process and village official selection process of university students in the same process: the establishment of electoral institutions, voter registration, candidate qualifications, nomination of candidates, confirm the qualifications of the candidates, the election campaign the results of the election process to identify and the similarities and differences: the official election, a comparative analysis of pre-job training, village officials made the selection process of university students in rural villages, director of the electoral process to improve and supplement the village official's views, as well as college selection process of the grass-roots level to improve the electoral process inspiration.
