避免电子监控与隐私权保护冲突的法律规制
摘要：随着电子监控技术的不断发展，侵害公民个人隐私的行为也不断发生，保护公民隐私权已成为我国法学界的共识。但是，目前我国法律对个人隐私的保护力度比较薄弱，个人的隐私主要是通过个人名誉来保护。因此，我国对公民隐私权的保护还需要在立法上加以完善，同时对隐私权的保护也需要进行一定的限制。

Abstract: Electronic monitoring technology with the continuous development of individual citizens against the conduct of privacy has been taken place to protect the citizens right to privacy has become the consensus of jurisprudence. However, at present, China's law on the protection of privacy is relatively weak, the individual's privacy is to protect personal reputation. Therefore, China's citizens the protection of privacy legislation also need to be improved, while the protection of privacy is also a need for certain restrictions.
